Returns Policy

Condition: Returns must be in original, unopened, and unused condition unless deemed faulty.
Timeframe: Initiate returns within 14 days of delivery, except for warranty claims.

Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty: 1-year warranty on all equipment covering defects or manufacturing faults.
Extended Warranty: Available for an additional fee; terms provided separately.
Inspection Requirement: Items must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery and any faults reported immediately.
Exclusions: Misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, natural disasters, and normal wear and tear.
Customer Responsibility: Shipping items to our repair centre is at the customer’s expense.
Covered Shipping: Return shipping within Australia is covered for repaired or replaced equipment.
